Choir Registration
Requirements
- – Sound check upon registration
- – Good vocal volume
- – Choirs only, no solo performances
- – No purely instrumental performances
- – Children's choirs from 35 children
- – Adult choirs from 25 adults (gospel preferred)
- – sct event does not pay fees and does not cover expenses.
The choice of songs should reflect the Christmas spirit – though not exclusively Christmas songs.
Support and sound engineering
Our sound engineers guarantee the high quality of the performances. Solo voices and instruments are professionally mixed for a first-class musical experience.
Please bring playback tracks on USB – full bands are very welcome too.
Our choir supervisors make sure everything runs smoothly every day and accompany the singers from the meeting point to the end of the event.

Performance rules and schedule
A performance lasts 25 to 30 minutes; the Christmas Party lasts 60 minutes.
Each choir performs 2 to 3 times depending on the day.
- Monday to Thursday
- 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm
- Friday
- 5.30 pm, 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm
- Saturday & Sunday
- Choir 1 2.30 pm and 3.30 pm Choir 2 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm
- Additionally on Saturdays
- Christmas Party from 8 to 9 pm
Choir leaders receive the detailed performance rules and daily schedule after registration.
